Maravilhoso. Extraordinário. Peculiar. Um sub-mundo, uma existência à parte, uma criança que cresce ao sabor de um ritmo diferente, sob leis diferentes. Que se questiona. Que descobre. Que procura a razão no bater do coração daqueles que a rodeiam. Uma interpretação brilhante da Quvenzhané Wallis. Simplesmente brilhante.

Um filme que nada tem de vulgar. Sem os clichês típicos de Hollywood e com excelentes interpretações. Guião muitíssimo bem escrito e uma óptima banda sonora. Os dramas dos jovens adultos que deixaram assuntos por resolver e que se deparam com novos problemas. O despertar para a vida, deixando a dormência para trás. O sabermos rir de nós próprios. Muito bom.
